anyway, after reading your original post and the update, it looks like Bitpanda is at fault here(at least from my point of view). as you mentioned, stake could fix this issue in minutes but they have protocols to follow and its probably why they aren't doing anything. and if stake won't do anything, Bitpanda should properly refund you your 40ltc since this issue is their fault.

Yeah, I thought it was just a typo but I guess I was wrong.
