How the hell do i stop receiving my rakeback in euro its extremely infuriating because withdrawals arent possible as theres a card issue, but there was a bank card issue last week aswell so my funds are being held as far as i can tell until they fix this issue that could take a substantial amount of time. I deposited in euro a few times, i deposited in crypto 30x more. so awkward. support cant help, or at least the particular support person i was talking to cant or wont. Here is the reply i got initially about it - no eta is not ok.
