From my own observation, I think the main reason why most youngsters are interested in Bitcoin is because it is a profitable asset. Another reason is that it is a way to maintain privacy. The new generation seems to believe more in privacy, and when someone invests in Bitcoin, it is hard for others to know their worth, Compare to physical investments like real estate and other tangible assets. No matter how someone may tries to hide their physical investment, there will always be people who will eventually find out about it. However, with Bitcoin investment, someone can choose to keep their holdings private, and only they will know. So young people love privacy more, and that is also one of the reasons why most of my investments are in Bitcoin.
Honestly, I don't think young people like privacy, only a few of them care about it. With the development of technology, social networking platforms and almost everyone has at least 1 account and is online every day. They like to brag about their lives all the time, how can it be said that they like privacy?
I also don't believe it when someone says they don't like real estate or other valuable tangible assets. No one hates those things but the reason is that not everyone can afford them and those assets are mostly in the hands of the rich. Young people choose bitcoin for the profit, they see it as a get rich quick way to catch up with the previous generation.
