I’ve been checking out the Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) presale and want to know if it’s legit?

Presale Info: Kicked off May 14, 2025, raised $1.6M ($1.3M in two weeks). Tokens at $0.012025 now, set to list at $0.012975 (12-13% profit potential). 21B total supply, with 15% for community rewards.
Staking: Crazy APYs (486% to 5,000%+), but they shrink as more people stake. Tokens locked until TGE (Q3/Q4 2025).

Now my Question:  $HYPER is a real decentralized play, or just another altcoin hype train? How does it compare to stacking sats to stay sovereign?
