Had a mini3 delivered undamaged recently but have not been able to get it to connect to my internet. Using the Avalon family app to connect and it goes through the steps until I press save internet name /password, then "please connect to the internet". tried resets, unplugs,  and resubmits but nothing can't get past the connection step. Anyone any ideas please?
