Weird, it seems it is problem that is specific to my caste then. I'll try to figure something out then. As for their PR not answering I hope they'll finally start making some feedback so we can know at least what are their plans and make decisions to invest or not on their platform. I personally withdrew everything until they make clear statements.
I mentioned a few months ago that my spins didn’t work because I got an error saying that they were expired. Eventually, I was able to spin hundreds of saved spins through some method that I don’t remember. I had one single spin that remained bugged though and kept giving me the error about being expired. I have traded some reward points for spins while I was troubleshooting and these additional spins I am unable to redeem.
