The casino is within its rights. They did not scam anyone. You guys were flagged by Betby, and the casino had to take action. They voided the winnings and returned the deposit. It could be considered a scam if they had confiscated the deposit as well. So, where did the scam happen? Their TOS already covered that they do not allow arbitrage betting. They are now paying as a gesture of goodwill and nothing else. If they do not pay, no one can do anything because they are within their rights.

You don't have any idea what you are talking about. I've been flagged 30 times. It's just a warning given to the casino so that they can look into if they want. Normally limits are then auto cut by the provider. Everyone that had their limits cut has been flagged.
