Sancho's rumoured 25 million euros fee isn't that huge honestly. The real problem is his salary...  Why?

Because he makes 7.8 million pounds (~9.2 million euros) a year at Manchester United. Chelsea didn't even pay his full salary during their loan contract.

Is Napoli or Juventus keen on paying this much money per year to him?  Huh  I don't know whether he is keen on taking a pay cut.
Manchester united are the ones overpaying these players for nothing, and they have become a pain on the ass for United in offloading them. Sancho should accept a pay cut and leave United since he's not adding any value to the club. Maybe, when his contract expires, he will go for a higher pay which I don't think is possible. No club will pay him what United is paying him with his current performance.

I don't know what is stopping Sancho from accepting a pay cut since he's no longer wanted in the team, no club is willing to pay him what he is receiving in Manchester United so I expect him to accept the pay cut so that he can move to another club to continue his football, he will be lucky to get his salary increased if he does well in the club that he's going to be signed into. Staying in Manchester United when he will not be a regular starter will only bring his value down and he may not be paid the amount he is demanding for also.
Since Sancho is finding it difficult to secure a deal with a club that will pay him the same money he's receiving at Manchester United, Sancho will never accept a pay cut to move from Manchester United to another club, even though he knows he will not be a regular starter at Manchester United, because he knows even though he didn't play as many matches as he wanted to play for Manchester United next season, he will always receive his money at the end of a week, so Sancho will prefer to remain at Manchester United and see out his contract.
