There is no scale to how much money they can loot, if it's bigger constituency they got more chance but on average it will be at least a hundred crores minimum from commissions of the projects alone which is why we see everything is worse when it's from government because almost everyone takes certain amount and leaves not even half of the amount that is supposed to spend on it.

But it is just a norm, if MLA or MP is taking commission then it's not a surprise at all and almost everyone in this country knows that but no one can act on it. Democracy is the biggest joke of this century.
