Normally, when a team is able to win a competition, it is still possible for that team to win in the future again. PSG winning the Champions League last season at least gives them that winning mentality as a club that is capable of winning the Champions League. I know PSG still has chances of winning the Champions League in any season soon, but I can't say they will win this season because the Champions League is a very tough competition in which you can't even predict which team will win.
If any team have ever winning UEFA Champion League have opportunity for the future winning again, just remember is not easily. PSG is not first team winning UEFA Champion League tropht after waiting for longer time but previously have Mancehster City won UCL at season 2022/23, but three season later still difficulty for Manchester City get second UEFA Champion League tittle.
No doubt with PSG performance last season and they have quite well composition team for next season, but can't guarantee for defending UEFA Champion League tittle and there are only Real Madrud success winning UCL back to back or three season in arow. For PSG possibility winnning UCL back to back not really sure yet and waiting for next season which one team will be the winner.
