The No KYC thing is all a marketing lie, and very often users end up getting trapped in it. What is sad is that the exchangers then refuse to make a refund if the user is not willing to carry out any KYC verification.
If there is no KYC, then it should apply to all users. There should be no in-between like if user A's coins seem suspicious then he used first undergo KYC verification before he gets his coins back.
