Based on my experience kababayan yes, there can be some delays when withdrawing using fiat methods like Maya or GCash here in 1win. The longest delay I've experienced with fiat withdrawal was about two hours, but there were also times when it was really fast the quickest I experienced was just 2-3 minutes.

When it comes to withdrawing in crypto, it’s generally better. I've never experienced delays although it still depends on the blockchain network.

And yes, you can  withdraw from your fiat balance into supported crypto you want to withdraw which is better imo..
