I've never said that forever because forever is a long time but everyone should take a break for even a few days because it clears the head and settles your emotional response improving your chances to win which is what you what ultimately.
Yeah, definitely, you are right but then, there are some situations one would find him or her self as a result of gambling, then the best option would be to simply quit gambling forever if you know you can because taking a break for few days or even months isn't the same as quiting for ever.
And and lets not forget that there is also the possibility of a problem coming back when the person has returned back to gambling after the short or long break.. Like I've always said, gambling is open to everyone but not every one should be gambling, some reasons best know to them, some people do not really need to gamble because it will only ruin their life, and for such persons, quiting forever can be the best choice.
