Quite the opposite is true. saatoshi_rising himself explains that he did not hand-pick 256 separate keys, but used a deterministic wallet generator:
No matter how hard it is but this was a very tempting approach which i tried also a year ago https://github.com/iceland2k14/btc_words/blob/main/seed_puzzle.py. Off course as expected no success. Good for only playing and Dreaming of hitting all the Puzzles together in 1 shot.
