I've never said that forever because forever is a long time but everyone should take a break for even a few days because it clears the head and settles your emotional response improving your chances to win which is what you what ultimately.
Yeah, that's correct. I do believe we a point when everything becomes stressful or boring that we need some rest from it. In gambling, especially, it's a bad habit that is mostly frustration and regrets, which is why a good, long rest is needed whenever we feel like it's getting the better of us.
I always tell those things to myself when I come to a point where I think I have been spending way too much. We have to set some limits, and if we are able to stop, then I think we must do that to give our brain a chance to think clearly.
