Sometimes I wonder about that too and can't help but think if I'm secretly a mind-masochist and migraine-addict. LOL. But TBH, I'm helping because I can. The forum and casinos entrust me with contacts of their staff and confidence in me. If I can spare an hour or two to help others and get to the bottom of things, why not? I believe in good karma [not joking about this]. Plus, it's at my freetime that I'll otherwise spent uselessly, anyway.
I appreciate it, and I think everyone should do the same. You are spending your valuable time, and you are not taking any charges/benefits from any party. The number of such people is not too big. I think only a few people would do it without charging anything. That is not a problem. The problem in my eyes is that people do not appreciate it enough. I often see unsatisfied players and some other stupid people call you out. I would be outraged and stop helping people. I am not getting paid for this, right? So why would I take the blame? I think I included you in my trust list since January last week. I think that is when I realized that you are doing all this without any benefit, and you are constantly helping players.
