It is completely unacceptable if Betfury have not even provided you with an update after the length of time you have been waiting. Even if they contacted you to state they are not going to give you the $300,000 they owe you and the offer of $100,000 that you cannot withdraw is their final offer, it would show something on their part. Their conduct throughout the process seems to be unprofessional.

I am no fan of his but you should consider contacting the Betfury campaign manager and ask him if he can contact someone inside Betfury that can deal with your claim in a sensible manner.
