I assume maybe Leverkusen wants to manage young talents like Dortmund did, Ten Hag has enough experience in developing and finding talented young talents, maybe this is one of the reasons why they work with the Dutch coach but for the competition in the Bundesliga I am also not sure that Ten Hag can do the same thing as Xabi, let's see if Leverkusen next season will be as strong as before or on the contrary they will return to being an ordinary team? for now just give Ten Hag time.
I know quite alright, past record plays a vital role in football and Ten Hang actually had a bad record during his stay at Manchester united but I don't it's fair to use that and judge him in his new club (Bayern Leverkusen) where he just signed and yet to participate in any official game. Eric Ten Hang has experience and should not be underrated until proven otherwise. We should take a look at Liverpool when Jurgen Klopp left last season and we all thought the new coach (Arne Slot) will not be able to handle the club the way Klopp did but guess what, Slot led Liverpool to win the tittle. Let not be too quick to conclude that Eric Ten Hang will not perform like Xabi Alonso at Bayern Leverkusen.
