I've never said that forever because forever is a long time but everyone should take a break for even a few days because it clears the head and settles your emotional response improving your chances to win which is what you what ultimately.
That's true. When in losing streak, just stop for a while until you're in condition to play again and already forget the idea of recovering back what you have lost before. Because you can gamble with fresh start, probably by this time you already learned a lesson to not repeat the same mistakes again. But of course this is not the case for some of us since many have issues when it comes to controlling themselves.
