On 28th June 2025 at 12:25 PM IST (06:55 AM UTC), I requested a ₹40,300 INR fiat withdrawal from my BC.Game account. It’s now been more than 48 hours, and although it shows as “successfully processed” on their platform, I have not received a single rupee in my bank account.
That's unfortunate, fiat withdrawal for INR have issues with most casinos so it's just better to use crypto for future.

However, I don't see the screenshot where they said it is successfully processed, all I can see is the withdrawal is pending in one of the screenshots you provided so you are bit exaggerating from the actual situation and they said 48 to 72 business hours and it's today the Monday you might have to wait a little more to reach that time frame.

You can see right under the amount in the green dot it says SUCCESS, that's how they confirm if the withdrawal is processed. The 'pending' is written on the ticket which is my dispute claim (that is not the withdrawal status) otherwise there is no pending written anywhere so I'm not sure what you're referring to as exaggeration, but okay.

Also, the timeline they've given sort of nullifies what they claim, they said withdrawals happen in 2 hours, worst case 12 hours. Here it's taken 48 hours. The discord moderators are clearly misleading, they have been instructed to delete all posts regarding withdrawals.

There’s no way to tell who’s really at fault here since there’s no TXID to verify the transaction details.

Normally, fiat withdrawal encounters some delay when I tried withdraw before using my currency on this casino. Do you try to contact your bank support to check if there’s any pending transaction on your account?

Try to ask Bc the reference number of their bank transfer and use it to ask your bank support.

To answer your points - I checked with my bank there are no pending transactions, the bank also said unless a UTR (unique identifier) is shared with them, they cannot really check if a transaction exists. You can also see my bank statement attached in the photos I've shared so no transaction actually exists.

Now to receive this UTR, I need to reach some human on BCGame but I'm being stonewalled at every instance, you can see the screenshot where the live support on the website automatically ends the chat and the next screenshot shows how many messages I've sent for it only to be closed since there is no live support it's just bot responses. If they actually transferred the money and they provided me a UTR, I would have then checked with my bank and this post wouldn't have happened. A response from them seems like a dream rn.
