Yeah I agree Barcelona took the right step if they managed to bring in Nico Williams and the combination of Nico Williams and Lamine Yamal is really reliable as we can see in the national team. Based on the price 70 million it is not a high price for Nico Williams it can even be a profitable investment in the future because as a young player he can achieve many targets, compare if Barcelona bought Viktor Gyökeres from Sporting for the same price or higher but a different age 
So Gyökeres the great player hitting his prime at 27? His last season record is 39 goals and added 7 assists in 33 Liga Portugal games, really a fire ball. Whatever, he is not lucrative enough to get Flick's attention, why? cause it is Flick who is always down to youngsters who could quickly adapt to his tactical setup.
Other hand, Barcelona is completely interested in Nico Williams. Also, Nico Williams wants to share the dressing room with his friends, Yamal and Pedri. But since Barcelona is in a financial crisis, it is a bit difficult for Laporta to raise money. However, he will eventually raise enough funds and buy Nico Williams.
