As far as I have had experience with Whale and withdrawal from their platform, I got the impression that they have the fastest withdrawal of all the casinos I have used. An incomplete withdrawal can only mean that some of the requirements have not been met, and it is probably possible that the wager requirements are involved.
A little advice based on my personal experience... if you want to withdraw a few thousand dollars (in any casino, not just Whale), then divide this amount by two and the probability that you will be asked for KYC or something like that will tend to zero (although I don't remember Whale asking anyone for KYC despite the fact that there are footnotes about it in the documentation).
The same applies to the speed of transaction processing. I would dare to assume that the smaller the amount of the withdrawal request, the less likely the system will redirect the request for manual verification.

Inter yes, an easy bet with good odds but I'm not sure about Real Madrid because Juventus can do miracles.
