Do you believe in that?

Based on the article I read, because of the growing popularity of crypto casinos, regulations will likely become stricter, and these are the kinds of changes we might start seeing soon, if they haven’t been implemented already.

I do not think that the complete disappearance of anonymous casinos is coming. First of all, because they will remain in demand and will always have their own clientele. And also we must not forget about the existence of different jurisdictions in the world.

In general, this whole KYC situation is somewhat reminiscent of the history of bills of exchange. At first, ordinary bearer bills of exchange (analogues of promissory notes or even paper money) appeared, and only much later did nominal bills appear (this is no longer an analogue of money, but an analogue of a non-tradable certificate of ownership). This has some similarities with KYC, but ordinary bills have not completely disappeared from banking practice, and the same will happen with anonymous casinos.
