I think maybe he want to take his time before deciding on where to go, he doesn't want to be in a haste in making any decisions yet concerning joining a new team. I learnt that he's still a Napoli player from this forum because I earlier thought that after the Conte didn't want him in his team again, I thought he was sold only to find out that it was a loan spell. So right now his still a Napoli player but has one more year in his contract. Top European clubs in England are seriously looking forward to his signature but for some reasons best known to him he hasn't yet made up his mind.
He was on a loan and that is why you see that Napoli still have a say over him since his contract hasn't expired yet. Osimhen contract will expire in 2027. I believe that Osimhen needs time to make his decision on which club he wants to go to. However, if Napoli doesn't find a way to sell him to a club of his choice or wants to sell him with the price tag on him, they might lose out if his contract expires.
