Am convinced that this users claiming the casino is overall bad with rigged games didn't just get to play just ones but multiple times after discovering for himself that the casino is allegedly rigged. Lol.
And then after playing multiple times and didn't win (which is common in gambling because you either win or lose), he decides to throw negative tantrums on the casino.
We're all gamblers here, and we all have a fair share of how it feels when we lose but that doesn't mean we have to pour on the casino the feeling of anger that comes with losing. It doesn't show maturity at all.
Just watch the language on the feedback that user has send to other users, that speaks volumes. And why is it that some people think that their argument would be more believable if it's all caps? Or do they think that will somehow raises their changes for support helping them?
These people rarely offer any proof, and sometimes proof doesn't make any sense. And in lot of cases where people have been frustrated in the past about casino's support, they later come back saying that matter is solved now. I don't think that majority of them will even do that, because admitting a mistake is rare.
For the much time I have being in the forum and had a first hand experience of some of the scam accusations cases that has brought up against some casinos, the users in some of those cases don't really make some cognitive proofs, for either they aren't straightforward about the matter or they just raising a false alarm out of frustration from their careless losses. Am not saying others haven't proven their cases either but those ones do provide substantial proves which helps to follow up their case for a solution.
Another thing about the delay from support response which some users don't consider is that the support are constantly attending to a log of awaited reports queued before them by other users. Hence, the long delays and which can take longer than the user expected and this could exhausting for a users who don't know about all of this.
