Victor Osimhen remains a Napoli player even if they've decided to part ways between themselves. I don't really know deep into that matter but his move to Arsenal and Chelsea is not happening because of his high wages and salaries. I feel like he is worth it bit these clubs are trying to maintain a certain wage structure for their players. He would have been best for Chelsea if you ask me bit the club owners Todd Boehly has decided to be blind.
Wages that are too high can be too much of a burden for teams who want to recruit him for next season so big teams like Arsenal and Chelsea are also trying to maintain a certain amount of wages so that they don't feel overwhelmed in paying the wages of a player like Victor Osimhen. And if you look at Victor Osimhen's appearance himself, he could actually also be a good fit if he could be in the Arsenal team if Arsenal doesn't mind and is also forced to recruit him. So Victor Osimhen should think about this before it's too late because he is indeed not harmonious with Napoli.

Recruiting Osimhen will certainly affect the club salary structure and expenses significantly. I think Arsenal or Chelsea are very capable of paying Osimhen salary, the main problem may lie with Napoli. Osimhen does deserve to demand a high salary for clubs interested in recruiting him, it is in accordance with his individual quality. Actually, Liverpool and Manchester United also need a sharp center forward like Osimhen, but the Premier League teams have so far not submitted an official offer to Napoli.

Osihmhen relationship with Napoli is indeed not harmonious, therefore I think his chances of returning to strengthen Napoli next season are very low. It seems that people are starting to get tired of the speculation about Osimhen uncertain future, since last season he has had difficulty finding a new club. For better career development, choosing to move to the Premier League is better than staying in Turkey or returning to Serie A.
