There is no way Ronaldo will consider returning to Manchester United after his previous experience that led to him moving to Saudi Arabia. I also think he will rather accept a move to Sporting than return to United, and with the way things are playing out I think he might even retire at Al Nassr.
What if returns as a coach or sporting director, what will you say?
By the way, he loved Manchester United so much that he risked his reputation with the club by going on air and criticizing on how Manchester United is being mismanaged and why things have to change. So who knows? You could see Cristiano Ronaldo in the Manchester United dugout one day.  Grin
Ronaldo currently has a two-season contract at Al Nasr, which means his contract will expire in 2027. I think that year Ronaldo will decide to retire, because according to the news circulating, the World Cup which will be held in 2026 will be the last World Cup that Ronaldo will participate in. So with that, it can be said that after that Ronaldo will decide to retire. Besides, Ronaldo's age at that time is old, so I think it would be better for him to retire immediately. So with that, Ronaldo is unlikely to return to Manchester United as a player again, not because he ever had a problem there, but the point is that Ronaldo is old now and he is enjoying his career in the Saudi Arabian league more now.

In addition, if Ronaldo becomes a sports director or even a coach at Manchester United, I think that could happen if Ronaldo decides to pursue a career as a coach. But we all don't know what Ronaldo will do after he retires. It could be that he is not interested in becoming a coach and prefers to enjoy his success. Because until now I personally have not found any news that says that Ronaldo will become a coach after retiring. Besides, in my personal opinion, what Manchester United needs right now is not Ronaldo, but the point is they have to be able to rearrange everything from the beginning well. Because basically Manchester United's problem lies in the management team and all its ranks right now.
