What happens to your crypto if something happens to you?  Have you really prepared for that?
This is something that’s been on my mind lately ,and I think it’s something many of us in the crypto space avoid talking about.

We go to great lengths to protect our private keys and seed phrases. Cold wallets, metal backups, multi-sig setups... we lock everything down so no one but us has access. That’s great for security — but what if you suddenly die or fall into a coma? Would your spouse, kids, or family be able to access your crypto?

People are very difficult to understand, and it is becoming more difficult to trust people even those close to you. Some people are quite wicked. You may trust someone and share details about yourself with them, like access to your bitcoin wallet, but that won't stop them from betraying you. When some people find out that you own Bitcoin, they may get jealous or wish you bad things. That is the truth of the world we live in today, not everyone who smiles at you wants the best for you.

However, when it comes to family members, like a brother who also owns Bitcoin, I don't see anything wrong with both of you having access to each other wallet as long as you trust and understand each other. And if one of you is married, like the example you gave, I believe it is not a bad idea to tell your wife about it, especially if your marriage is built on trust. So that someone can have access to it when you are gone. It's normal to trust people but we still need to be careful and protect ourselves.
