It seems that you simply need to blame others for your lack of self-control and not take responsibility for your actions. Just because you self-excluded the first account doesn't mean that any casino, not just Betpanda, has to start an investigation to find your alt accounts because YOU lost control.

Even if betpanda integrate an option to set limits on your gambling time, they still not responsible for a players lack of self control, even if you set limits on betpanda accounts, you are not even safe because the urge to keep playing when the limit expires is still there.
