You've screwed up, big time. You have to take responsibility and make this a before and after in your life but for that you have to put yourself in the hands of professionals, tell people close to you (an anonymous forum on the internet is not enough) and make up your mind that you can never gamble a single penny again.

Yes I understand that normally talk to my nearest persons but if do it , nobody will understand . They will keep accusing me that I lost all of these money
I will not relapse again !
