The best way to stop gamble is to take a short course in coding to understand that any bet may be cheated even by "provably fair" casinos if you start winning "too much" or "too often". No any psychiatrist needed 
I wish we could all believe that, even though there's always a possibility of cheating, we still put our trust in the casinos we’re gambling on. And honestly, they don’t even need to cheat. With the lower RTP (return to player) they set, they already have the edge, and that’s what causes us to lose in the long run.
