Main problem with Victor Osimhen possible transfer is his high salary demands. Big clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea are hesitant because they need to control their spending. Even though Osimhen is talented and would fit well at Arsenal his current issues with Napoli mean he should think hard about his choices. If he is truly unhappy he might have to accept less money to join top club or he could miss his chance.
Yeah his salary is quite high and he doesn't feel he needs to have a pay cut. I also think it is best for him to reduce his salary if he wants to have a chance to play in this big teams, they currently lack a striker and they are willing to get him but the salary Is just too high. I don't think any team in Europe will offer him such salary except if he wants to stay in Napoli or probably leave for the Saudi Arabia League because that's where they can afford the salary.

I really want to see him play in the premier league and prove what he is capable of. Football is not always about money. He can still move to Saudi after spending 2/3 seasons in England if he wishes but the the choice is his to make.

High salary demand? How do you mean, Osimhen is currently a top hot striker in the world and we have people like sterling and Gabriel Jesus for example earning ridiculous amount.
I really don't understand this narrative about Osimhen having huge salary demands. I thought top players are meant to negotiate good deals why should Osimhen case be different, this is a player that is guaranteed to change the game for any team he joins.
I understand your point but since no club want to accept his terms do you rather see him go back to Napoli? That's wrong naw after all they did to him. I think if he wants to remain relevant the best thing is to accept one these English clubs. It's not as if he will be playing for free it's just a pay cut. He can still earn more by moving to Saudi later.
