With crypto gambling becoming increasingly popular, the number of complaints also goes up, of course - I guess we should probably look into the mediation center thingy in the near future... and maybe hire @holydarkness 
'holydarkness' is putting his time and efforts in Bitcointalk forum and working like a mediator for free. I appreciate his efforts and trust his judgement here. I believe a lot of forum members do the same. Despite that, he has been criticized by some users (abusers) for showing neutral view or making judgements by following the evidence. It will be great if BTCGOSU create a mediation center and hire people like him. BTW, a mediation center will help BTCGOSU to gain more recognition among gamblers. I hope you'll implement it soon.
