BC Game KYC Verification , On my Last Try, Need Help.

I’ve been with BC Game for a while now, have had no problems withdrawing up until now .
located in Manitoba, Canada. BC Game has no restrictions here and i do not use a VPN.

I’ve tried talking to online support and they’re no help, and I’ve emailed ‘support@bc.game’ with no return as of yet.


My issue began june 17 i deposited 1249.999998 XRP (i have the confirmation email from BC on a succenful deposit) -- Game 6 FLA/EDM series, I took Corey Perry and Brad Marchand each for 2 shots, 698  XRP paying 1556.12 XRP that won

Same game I took the over 4.5 total for 551 XRP paying 683.24 XRP, that won.


Come the next day I tried to withdraw and got a KYC notification, so I did all that :

Identity check - Good

Liveness check - Good

Proof of address - failed, 5 times, and was told to wait 24 hrs before attempting my last try. why? I have no clue, my TD bank statement address matches my Manitoba Issued Drivers license. Also withing the 3 month time period. That specific statement was issued April 1 2025 still failed for some reason.



Jump to Saturday, UFC , I take Khalil Roundtree 600 XRP over jamal hill, that hit for 1100 XRP that also hit, so they allowed me to play but not withdraw.

Lost 100 XRP taking the pacers over OKC.


So now I have 2610 XRP (7,818.34 CAD)

 fast track to today after making a few more wagers of wins and losses i currently sit at 2970XRP.
 
That I’m worried about as Ive been down to my last KYC verification, which I’m sure they will fail me again and from what ive been reading on the forums its quite the battle to get them back, but i see that youve been everyones saviour and im hoping you can help me in my situation, as ill wait for ur reply before i make my last KYC attempt.

ive talked to the bots on BC game all telling and giving me the same prompt and the KYC link, i havent talked to anyone real about my situation and im started to get worried ill never receive my funds.

I had emailed ‘support@bc.game’ with all the other documents showing what’s going on how my address on my ID exactly matches the address on my TD bank statement and for further proof provided them with my last check stub.

i also went to "askgamblers.com" to make a complaint as i read in some forums they reach out to BC game and help people in my situation


I have one more try to KYC and would like to withdraw some XRP as its got a little pump on today for some reason, maybe the case is getting dropped?
