This friend usually uses websites that provide virtual phone numbers which can be used to receive text messages, and these messages are usually visible to everyone. He encountered this first message, which everyone who used this virtual number would see,, stating that a large amount of USDT had been withdrawn through one of the websites. The visitor also sees login credentials for the account.
Now, everyone should be cautious: this is a phishing message that was intentionally sent to this virtual number to lure users into visiting a phishing website that impersonates the well-known platform OKX.
From this situation, we must learn the following:
1. Do not use websites that offer virtual numbers and receive temporary SMS services to confirm personal and important accounts.. Always create emails through trusted and official email providers.
