Sorry to hear what you have just experienced but I dont think Betpanda should give your money back because you did it intentionally as you are aware that you are having gambling problem that you cant control.
Do not blame the casino because they did not block your new account, even if they did it earlier, I do believe that you'll try to find other way to have new account or maybe to use the fund in other casino because you are addicted.
There is nothing you can do now except accept the fact and try to find a way to pay your debt, I know it is hard but you are responsible for what you do.
Also, try to get a professional help for your addiction.
