did it on askgamblers and bc didnt respond they reopened it but still nothing so clearly there is something there so it went unresolved and marked down there score

If they really didn't want to respond to the thread, then they won't have requested it to be reopened. Maybe the team over there needs a bit of reminder/nudge about the case so they can resolve it.
Just as askgambler mentioned to the complainant, their hard to reopen the case on the request of the BC game team and they asked him to give them one more time, so definitely the bc game team are looking for possible solutions to this problem and the gambler should know that their are doing everything possible to get to the end of this issue.
He is advice to remain calm and coperate with the team incase their request for any additional information as regards that account.
