Personally,I think that's the major reason for a casino to get regulated.Generally,Regulation protects players and the ultimum reputation of the casino that's why it cannot be skipped upon importance and improvements.
If the public users finds out the casino is not regulated, they'll initially lose a sense of trust, and a reputation of safety for their privacy and data for that casino.Regulations of casino is a secure exercise for gambling;it shouldn't be avoided.
It’s not really a problem for us, since we started gambling back when the market wasn’t fully regulated. That’s why we naturally have trust issues with regulations. All we care about is the reputation of the casino because if a casino is consistently making money, they have no reason to scam their players.
Yes, but we do have to understand that somewhat, crypto based casino or crypto itself has evolved in the last 7 years or so. An with reputations comes responsibility like having been regulated by gambling authorities. And regarding casinos that consistently making money, there could be some that has been flag with scam accusations.
And honestly, how often do you see the government actually helping gamblers? In reality, this forum feels more like a refuge for people who get scammed and are looking for help. Dealing with the government is usually a long process, and let’s be honest, most of us avoid that, especially if we care about protecting our privacy.
Probably in some modern countries, their government might be helping their population or they are trying to curb it out. However, we have seen some Asian countries recently that has been in the headline because of the rampant gambling and we don't know if their government is serious on stopping them.
