Depends on the strategy of the investor. If he has already invested in Bitcoin and he sees himself looking forward to own some altcoins, that's on him. No one can stop him from that decision.
But it's true that people are investing on Bitcoin because we know that it's going to get up no matter what happens to the situation of the global economy.
And then, those that likes to diversify are likely done with their accumulation of Bitcoin. Well for some, it's already enough but it doesn't stop there, right?
Bitcoin is more or less the basis of all things crypto. It is the only asset that the majority of the individuals have confidence in and the one that they look at first. Bitcoin is the one that runs the entire market despite the potential of altcoins. You are right though on strategy. There are individuals that simply feel there is more security using Bitcoin and those who are more adventurous and want to explore further once they are rooted into the foundations. That entirely depends on any individual that is pursuing and the risk that he or she can tolerate. However, in the long term, Bitcoin continues to feel like the most solid-backed one.
There is no doubt in the long term for Bitcoin. We've seen it already. Those who have planned a long term hold a decade ago, they're already in massive profits.
And even not in a decade or just go back to the past bull run of 2021. Still, if there were some that bought at the ATH then they're still in profit nowadays.
That's the reason that the longer we hold Bitcoin, we'll just witness new all time highs from time to time. There's no stopping in it and as they say, sky is the only limit of it.
