I don't see Leverkusen as a team that will be a problem to bayern munich again come next season because with Alonso leaving for Madrid I will say that it's an end of era and Leverkusen under a New coach will really struggle so to win I see the days of a one horse race for the bundesliga back
But Xabi Alonso isn't leaving, he has already left Bayern Leverkusen for Real Madrid. I know you already know his left but you're making it sound as if his still at Bayern Leverkusen from your statement. I also agree with you that Bayern Leverkusen wouldn't be that much of a threat to Bayern Munich at least this coming season because they lost some players already and the coach that's about to take over is also a new one. I don't think he will adapt so easily even if he does adapt easily, Bayern Munich will not just watch him take the trophy because I believe they will still want to defend it.
I think you guys are saying the same thing maybe you read it in a different way. Everyone knows Xabi Alonso coaches Real Madrid now and has already left Bayer Leverkusen.
Of course things will not be the same as they used to be for Bayer Leverkusen because the master mind behind their good performance has left them and also they lost they most important player so it will be difficult to perform as they before and even if they will perform good again it will definitely take them time adapt to the new system and so i also don't see them competing with Bayern Munich for the title anymore at not not this coming Season.
Ten Hag can give them a fair performance but I don't see him challenging for the title just immediately. He can probably make them secure a champions league spot. He will need time to build a solid team as well and add some more players.
