Exactly. That's what I keep saying to those that care to know, stopping gambling is not by saying it out loud, it requires a strong conviction to absolutely stood by what said.

I had a friend like that. He kept telling not only me, but himself too, that he should quit playing at the casino after losing money again. It was even funny to hear him say that, since it was far from the first time he had said it. The funniest thing was that I would tease him about it, and he would get angry and a little desperate.
