One team to watch out for in this coming season is Juventus. Over some few years now, Juventus has been a shadow of their formal self and as such has not performed so far both in the domestic league and the Champions League infact they have even written them off. Both during this ongoing competition, although they have been eliminated by Real Madrid today, I saw a totally different Juventus from other seasons, with the way they play now and how organised they are becoming compared to the previous season's, there's definitely a difference which I saw. Juventus will Impress this season that's if they don't change from what I have seen in this past 4 games so far.
TBH, I can't see the difference of Juventus that you mean in the Real Madrid - Juventus match. I still see them as the Juventus of last season, maybe our POV is different here, but I agree that Juventus is one of the teams that should be considered to be a contender for the Serie A title in the coming season. BTW, I realize that Serie A has become a tight competition lately, look at how Napoli managed to take the title back, I think it will be difficult for them to get it again because the other big teams will be wary of them.
We can't judge a team in one match and also can't judge a team from a pre-season tournament.
However, for Juventus there is still a possibility that they can be better next season and should be considered for the top teams in the title race and the reason is clear because Igor Tudor who continues to be Juventus coach for next season because of his success in bringing a little change in the middle of last season when replacing Motta so it is indeed very likely that the positive trend can be continued or developed by Igor Tudor.
