I already know where the ToS is located, but my suggestion is that you should try make it easily readable rather than requiring one to download it before reading as gamblers would not want to waste much time out there looking for where to download ToS before they could read it when there are other casinos out there that they could just scan through and read before they register instead of downloading before reading. The market is highly competitive, so you should know that such would make gamers not waste their time downloading ToS when they can just read through, and besides, not everybody is comfortable these days downloading stuff from websites anymore just to avoid issues with malware infiltrating their gadgets.
