The South African league has developed so well, quite a lot of money has been pumped into their league and how well it is growing is evident for everyone to see. That said, if we are talking of the best league in Africa, i would still say it is the Egyptian league, because it is their teams that top the rankings of CAF champions league winners and it is also great that many of the players that represent their national team play their club football in Egypt.
Yea they are one of the best if not the second or third to the overall best in Africa currently because of good management system, the money that has been pumped into the league as you said has been managed well and we have seen the evidence just as you said too but I wish my dear country can emulate this one, Egypt premier league is well organized, we have seen how improved, serious and competitive they are, infact sometimes there pattern of things look very improved like the European teams but in all where is my country, we are lacking behind in somethings and I feel so bad to see this things happen, is not as if we can do it but lack of coordination has kept us behind.
