Good question. After every major loss, I would analyze my actions and, after some time, I came to the conclusion that gambling without restrictions leads to more disappointment. I completely changed my view of gambling, and if I were to analyze myself today, I can say with confidence that I am on the right track, as I very rarely violate the restrictions I have set for myself and I have fairly good self-control skills, not only before a gambling session but also when I am overcome by excitement.
