It's no joke that some people so vulnerable to addiction and once they just step into the gambling process, they don't take long and they are already addicted. Once you notice the kind of person you are and you know you can't hold back your emotions towards gambling and losses, then stay away, that's also a solution.
Agreed, not everybody is good with handling emotions that involves money, as soon as they're given the opportunity to make more money, they become obsessed with that activity that it becomes a problem for them instead of being the reason behind their wealth. Being greedy isn't good hence as soon you noticed that you aren't good with handling pressure, you don't have to be gambling or even though you're gambling, you shouldn't be doing excessively. The solution to gambling addiction is stopping but many addicts won't what to stop hence the next solution should be reducing the amount of time they spend gambling and if they can do this, it'll help them a little bit.
Hmm I wish it's that easy, starting gambling at first always looks like fun, like you will think it's fun till you are completely into it, and when once you're new to gambling it's like some innocent demons will be assigned to you to help you get into the game with something like winning, feeling free and seeing it as nothing, and if you gamble once or twice then you got a win in this two try it will feel kind of exciting and you will think it's just how it will always go, till you start losing and at the process of losing you will be like let me have my losses back then I can quit, but you will never get it back, better still at the point of making up your mind to stop that innocent demon will still give you a win that will help you build faith in the game, and then boom you're into it, then at this moment it takes God's miracle to pull you out of there but unfortunately you can't get such miracles because you're mind is being controlled by The game, so the best way is never for you to go into it.
