I used to talk to players who actually made money from betting by using analysis, logic, and differences in odds. But as a former employee of a betting company, I can say that, at least at the time when I worked there, not all bets were accepted, if the amount was very large. Such bets required approval from higher management. So, making a huge fortune this way is unlikely, everything is limited by the amount you can place without extra checks and without the risk of the bet being rejected.
