I agree that the government has a role to play in all of the situations around the nation including that which is supposed to position the country at the global stage bit then nits high time we begin to look at individual efforts, that's also very vital because as individuals, we have a role to play in all that we do such that we can even make the effort of the government fruitless if we are not doing that which we are supposed to do in our little corners.

Which efforts are you referring to because as far as am concerned there are lot of efforts that has been put in by individuals one thing that you have to know is that the environment that a tree finds it self will impact on the growth level of that tree we have patriotic citizens who are ready to even die for this country but when the enabling environment is not coming from the government in terms of support you don't expect our football to be doing well
