What I know is that, buying Bitcoin or any other assets anytime is the right time, there is no perfect time for it, even if you bought at $106k today and it drop to $50k tomorrow, you should still be happy that it gives you more opportunity to acquire more quantity with new money at new price with your new salary.
My emphasis is on the bolded part which is any other assets I think any other asset isn’t actually the Altcoins in cryptocurrency because I will say the advice doesn’t sit well with me. Yes bitcoin investment shouldn’t be procrastinated upon, that’s why I usually say do not wait for bitcoin dip to actually invest into it, the price today might be the lowest price might get to buy it so why not buy now and hold, if you’re Sceptical that it will dip again then use the DCA method to buy but don’t just have funds laying around.
I usually say we are still very much early at this point to bitcoin even though I think the volatility wouldn’t be like the last few years, but until it’s mining is concluded all investors are still early.
As for Altcoins do not buy any time, there are Some Altcoins that the top is the top and buying there might be very bad, same with some Altcoins dipping, they might be on their way to been dead except those utility coins which are still a risk to actually buy the top.
I can still remember when I had the opportunity to buy Solana when it was $12 in 2023 when Bitcoin was $28k, I said that I will buy it once I receive my salary from a job I was doing then, when I was paid, I was still skeptical about it, so I didn't bought it, in 2 months after towards the end of the year Solana rose to $200 plus, so why am saying this is because of procrastination, we should try to avoid or overcome it by all means, because it kills destiny more than failure does
I think you meant it got to 200 around 2024 because the highest price of Solana in 2023 wasn’t even up to $150 after starting the year 2023 below $10
