Yes, I also think what happened to Osimhen and Napoli is unlikely to be good for both of them. Last season happened to Osimhen, and now, he must want to get a club that suits his wishes.
Osimhen is still under contract with Napoli until the end of next season. I think Napoli's chance is to sell him now to get money, rather than not getting anything from Osimhen. Several Premier League clubs have shown interest, all that is needed is an agreement on price. And all parties will be fine.
The relationship has long been shattered and beyond repair, it is clear both parties want to go separate ways just that both are looking for a deal to favour each of the them, Osimhen is looking to stay in Europe and participate in top European football with his wage not being dropped from the current level if not there was option of moving to Al Hilal for a very high wage which is more than 2 times his current wage and they can actually get a transfer fee agreed with Napoli but he doesn’t want to leave now.
While Napoli value him so high after paying a club record to sign him then from Lille and they want similar amount for him, he was valued above £100m before but the new contract reduced the amount to around £70m half which is still high for some clubs to pay
